"Purina Incredible Dog Challenge" National Finals to air January 13th on ABC

(Ketchum, ID) –January 3, 2008– Carson International Inc., a national leader in dog show productions, along with Nestlé Purina PetCare, proudly announce that the Purina® Incredible Dog Challenge® National Finals will air on Sunday January 13th, 2008 at 5:00 PM EST on ABC.

The Purina® Incredible Dog Challenge® (PIDC) is considered an Olympic-style competition for dogs and features actual competitions of the country’s top canine athletes and their handlers. The national competition consists of six separate disciplines including agility, diving dog, freestyle flying disc, 60-weave pole racing, Jack Russell hurdle racing and flyball. In addition to the broadcast on ABC, the television special will be re-aired on ESPN 2 on the following Monday, January 14 at 2:00 PM EST.

The Purina® Incredible Dog Challenge® will also be featured in promotional segments on Good Morning America on Thursday, January 10th as well as on The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet on Friday, January 11th. Check you local listings for times.
